Jasmine Diez Take Over - My Travel Diary čî┤

My name is Jasmine. I was born and raised in Alicante, a warm and beautiful city on the Mediterranean coast.

From the age of 19, I have spent the summer season in Ibiza and since day one I knew many great things were about to happen there.

Ibiza has become essential in my life.

The island is magical and intense, it's a place to really feel. My soul ignites with the crystal water, music and sun or under the sunset with close friends.

I start most mornings enjoying healthy breakfasts at Capuccino┬áCaf├ę┬áin the harbour with the stunning┬áviews of the Old Town or taking a swim in the peaceful hidden beaches of Ses Salines.

During any trip to Ibiza you can't miss a day in Hacienda Na Xamena enjoying & relaxing in its "hanging spa" with sea views. It's a kind of sanctuary and in my opinion it's the best hotel on the Island.

As for the sunsets, I love watching them at the picturesque Cala Compte accompanied by a tasty dinner at Sunset Ashram with the orange hues in front of you.

Undoubtedly, if you are thinking of a quiet retreat, remember that behind the party and the unaffordable face of Ibiza, the charming island with hidden bays and pine forests is just waiting to be discovered.

I adore everything about the summer vibes so when it comes to travelling, my first choice is always somewhere warm.

Last November we explored The Philippines and Bali and I fell in love. In particular, the islands of The Philippines, which exceeded all of my expectations, with more than 7000 tropical islands to choose from. We didn't plan too much so we could have a real adventure and get lost in our surroundings.

Our first stop was Panglao Island, located southwest of Bohol and east of Ceb├║. It's one of the top destinations in the Philippines, but actually, it wasnÔÇÖt that crowded at all.

I was fascinated by its stunning coral reefs, white sand and dive spots. We had the opportunity to rent a private boat with local guides who took us to the gorgeous Virgin Islands and Balicasag, where we could swim with turtles. That was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! Unforgettable.

We enjoyed Panglao and Central Visayas fits perfectly in every adventurers life.

Our final destination was "The Jewel of The Philippines", El Nido. It's located in the north of Palawan.┬áThis place is an idyllic getaway to the fabulous Bacuit Archipi├ęlago.

El Nido is perfect for those who are looking for magnificent beaches in an unspoiled setting which can only be reached by boat or kayak, like Seven Comando Beach.

The place I liked most was the Secret Lagoon, nothing less than paradise on Earth. You can feel the serenity of your exotic surroundings, such beauty in nature. It's a place to really live, we barely had any phone signal or electricity to distract us and even having a warm shower was an after thought.

I will never forget the local people who made our experience unforgettable.

Undoubtedly I highly recommend a trip to The Philippines even if you are travelling with a low budget. It's not as cheap as Bali but it's not so crazy either, you have numerous options.

I can't wait to lose my mind in some new exotic and warm places as right now I am in Switzerland  and it's freezing! Although I love snowboarding, wine and cheese, I much prefer my daily salty swim and my messy hair.

I think travelling is a way to grow and to open new horizons. It makes you feel alive and free, not just physically but mentally.
